Abstract : Born in 1929, Al-Buti is a former professor and Dean Faculty of Law at the University of Damascus. He has a large number of books, booklets, research papers, articles, lessons and speeches and television programs to his credit. One of his most distinguished works is "Regulations of public Interests". We have before us its second edition, deted 1977/1397, published by Muassasah al-Risalah, Damascus, 466 pages. Originally it was a PhD dissertation submitted to the Faculty of Law and Shariah, at al-Azhar University, in 1965/1385. It contains an 'Introduction' and three Chapters.
