Abstract : Although there are host of writings on economic miracle in the Quran, most of them are about the miracle of economic legislation. No doubt, this shows the greatness of economic legislation such as the prohibition of usury, and the imposition of zakah, and the effect of restriction of economic freedom of behavior with legal regulations in achieving justice and development and utilization of resources. The only attempt that have been found in the scientific economic interpretation of the Quran is one by Dr. Rafiq al-Masri in his book (the economic miracle of the Qur'an). By this he means scientific economic miracle in the Quran. He tries to prove that the Qur'an has already mentioned the above concepts as well as the prevailing economic theories in the capitalistic literature. The book is 120 pages of medium size and consists of an introduction and eighteen chapters, published in 1426 in Damascus, Dar Al-Qalam.
