Abstract : The cost of finance is one of the most important criteria upon which the financial deficit units depends in comparing between finance sources and the alternatives available, we find two main alternatives consists in conventional banks and Islamic banks, and on this basis we seek through this paper to determine the cost of Finance provided by conventional banks and Islamic banks and highlighting the least expensive source, and to develop rules for determining the cost of finance in Islamic mode.
