Corporate Governance in Islamic Banks

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to define corporate governance in Islamic banks and how it can be a factor in efficiency, as well as access to the distinctive features of Islamic banks on this side, and how it can benefit the Islamic banks from this theory, which deals with research beginning to the traditional perspective of corporate governance, then to corporate governance in traditional banks and from the Islamic perspective and finally to corporate governance in Islamic banks.
