Abstract: The contract of lease is one if the prime fundamental financial contracts. The key feature of this contract is its flexibility. Which has earned it great significance in the contemporary world. It has a profound impact on a couple of modern issues such as the contracts of manufacturing, franchising and time sharing. Today's presentation discusses some important maxims related to the contract of lease. In my opinion, these maxims play a vital role in the codification of the contract of lease.
