Loan has its unique philosophy in Islamic jurisprudence, and has multiple forms in the contemporary application. Credit cards are one of these forms. It has been observed that there is a disparity between the loan in Islam philosophy Faced with what is being applied. This study comes to deal with this disparity by Indigenization and analysis. In addition to providing an initial views to such practices. This effort may contribute to the issuance of collegiality decisions covering disparate applications for credit cards.
