Abstract : This study aims to identify The Impact of Assessment Proces on the Job Performance, through the identification of the impact of (the job description, the criteria used to measure, the calendar used methods, professional evaluation system, feedback) functionality for members of Jeddah police. The study was descriptive and analytical approach used as a method suitable for the study. has been used as a major tool for collecting data in this study. And included the study population on all individuals Police Jeddah governorate's (4000) individuals, was the application of this study for random sampling Road, have been targeted researcher minimum sample is allowed in large and open societies size (378), and the return of the questionnaires were analyzed (358 ) questionnaire by recovery (79%). The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important, was that The degree of application and commitment to the job description of the police Jeddah Governorate in from the point of view of its members is medium, with an average of (3.7) and a deviation (1.0607), as well as the degree of compliance with the criteria used in the measurement within the evaluation process in the police of Jeddah Governorate from the point of view of its members medium, with an average (3.6) and deviation (0.9717 ), And the degree of compliance with the methods used in the evaluation of the police in Jeddah Governorate from the point of view of its members neutral, an average (3.3) deviation (0.9809), and the degree of professionalism of the evaluation system in the police of Jeddah Governorate from the point of view of its members medium by an average (3.8) and deviation (0.9349) ), And the level of feedback in the evaluation process of the police in Jeddah Governorate With an average of (3.8) and a deviation (0.9683), and the performance level of the police in Jeddah governorate is average by (3.6) and deviation (0.9539). Moreover, the most important dimensions of the evaluation process affect the levels of performance are the evaluation methods used, Job Description Then the standards used in the measurement are finally a professional calendar system. Based on these results, the researcher has recommended a set of recommendations are mainly concerned with, including , The use of the security services of the results of job performance evaluation in building an information base on performance career Bmcn workers refer to it when making decisions related to the security officers and personnel departments
