Abstract : This study was conducted with its theoretical and field aspects for the purpose of identifying the Using Body Language in the Work of Customs Employees. Defining its significance for the sake of communication improvement within the environment of customs work and identifying its impact on the work of customs employees at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. For conducting this study, data were collected through the distribution of a questionnaire to 265 customs Employees at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. Then, they were analyzed through conducting statistical processing such as the calculation of frequencies, totals, percentages, means, standard deviation and the graphical representation of information. This study has concluded the following results: The reading of the implications of body language by customs Employees was high and the degree of practicing body language by customs Employees during his dealing with passengers and beneficiaries of customs services was good. In the light of these results, the researcher has presented a number of recommendations and proposals that tackle the necessity of increasing the awareness of the leading administrative staff in customs work of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah concerning the importance of body language as it is considered as one of the creative solutions that match with the challenges of this century and a major entry to success and pioneering. The interest in body language within the work of customs employees will enhance the positive impacts on performance and conduct within the environment of customs work. The researcher has also suggested conducting more training courses for all customs employees in the field of the applications of body language.
