Abstract : Saudi approach of moderation and stability in the financial and banking system D. Ibrahim Mohammed Saleh Abu El Ela King Abdul Aziz University - Faculty of Economics and Management - Department of Economics Commended the Board of Directors of the International Monetary Fund the results of the annual economic report for the Kingdom in 2009 (Report of the Article IV) which showed the strength and the power center of the Saudi economy, and that the results achieved is extraordinary, and even a surprise; because those results come after it reached the global crisis peak. And among analysts that the positive evaluation of the Board of Executive Directors of the IMF shows a unique case in the ability to achieve an excellent level of stability and the exit of the Kingdom of the financial crisis with minimal losses. He also praised Robert Kelly, Chairman, Bank of New York the steadfastness of the Saudi economy and its resistance to the global economic crisis, and said it is a model well-earned respect and appreciation of economic experts around the world. Here are highlights many of the questions including: Why? What are the causes of these amazing results? Lies the importance of research in the examination of a particular case can be a beacon and a model by a large number of countries in the world, and that wish to achieve stability and prosperity of its economy, and even check the stability at the global level, despite the exposure of many world economies to intense orgasms and engaging in various cases of economic recession and unemployment, the Saudi economy was able to overcome those risks with positive results, and was influenced by limited because of the link intertwined global economic relations. This paper aims to examine the effect of the moderate Saudi Arabia in achieving stability in the financial and banking system in Saudi Arabia, and indicating the nature of this stability at the domestic level and international Start the research base of the firm belief that adherence to the leaders of the country's Islamic law in all areas, including the economic sphere, and not to allow the issuance of any system that violates the Islamic Sharia, contributed to the achievement of justice and economic stability, even in times of crisis, citing the resilience of the Kingdom's economy in the face of the global financial crisis which affected the strongest global economies. The research plan Vetodh contain the paper five parts, addresses the first part of the definition approach of moderation from the economic perspective and then shows the second part the importance of the stability of the financial system and banking to economic development and highlights the economic growth rates and the insistence of the leadership to engage in major projects at a time when global economies exposed to the risk seriously. The third part traces the foundations of the principles and approach of moderation in the Saudi financial and banking system and explores the research that its fruits Kingdom in the recent crisis or when faced with a wave of international terrorism, and in conclusion, the research tackles the most important findings and recommendations reached by the researcher. It turns out to examine the causes of stability is the adoption of the Saudi government fiscal and monetary policies derived from the province and the principles of Islamic law has contributed effectively to the achievement of stability, and trying the paper through the inductive method to define these policies and to highlight the relationship between Islamic finance and financial stability.
