Human rights reflect the real meaning of the inherent or basic rights for all human beings, regardless of their nationality, place of residence, genders, races, skin color, religions, and languages. Therefore, the international organizations headed by the United Nation, were concerned to keep the support and consolidation of human rights worldwide. One of the main points of the UN charter is to reassure the faith behind the basic human rights, human dignity, and value, equality between men and women in small and large nations. The efforts are done by the UN has led to the foundation of different regulators such as the Human rights Council as an international governmental body responsible for supporting and protecting human rights all over the world. In this study, the researcher aims to show the effectiveness of the united nation organs in human rights field , and the most important hindrance that the united nation faces in this field to expose the real role ,these organs play to protect human rights .
