Abstract : The aim of this study is to examine the legal regulation of the electronic store in accordance with the provisions of Saudi law, as a basic foundation in the field of electronic commerce, which has recorded remarkable growth over the past few years locally and internationally, and an innovative form of the traditional store produced by dealing with this type of trade. In addition, the Saudi regulator cares for controlling and organizing most aspects related to the electronic store in accordance with its immaterial nature, so as to stimulate and develop e-commerce activities, and ensure the necessary protection of the rights of its dealers. The current study applied the analytical approach in order to achieve its objectives, and its chapters were divided into two main chapters, the first deals with the legal nature of the electronic store, as it clarified its concept and elements of together with the legal nature of electronic store compared to the traditional store, highlighting the privacy it enjoys in these issues as a result of its presence in the electronic environment. While the second chapter focused on analyzing the legal provisions that govern the work of the electronic store and enhance confidence in it, as it touched on the provisions of its establishment and the conditions required in it, as well as the capacity of the parties that deal with it, in addition to the provisions that control its contractual transactions, in all stages of e-commerce transactions.
