Abstract : This study dealt with the various aspects related to the legal mechanisms for the application of international human rights law, in terms of its origin, definition, characteristics and sources, the most important of which are treaties, custom and general principles of law. Its classifications were also addressed according to several criteria in terms of importance, objectivity or beneficiaries, and the various mechanisms through which this law was developed, until some international organizations appeared that stress the importance of implementing human rights. The study used the descriptive and inductive approach in determining the principles that govern the mechanism of action of international and regional mechanisms related to the application of human rights, as well as in determining the status of international human rights law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by analyzing the Basic Law of Governance, Cabinet decisions, supreme orders and some other regulations. The study also aimed to emphasize the Kingdom's willingness to use various mechanisms to implement human rights principles, through the various national human rights bodies, which operate in an organized and integrated manner, ensuring ease of application in all its various stages. The study reached many results and recommendations, the most important of which is that international human rights law enjoys a distinguished position in the Saudi system, through its systems that contained it in many of its articles. Accordingly, the Kingdom applies the principles of human rights in a manner that does not violate the provisions of Islamic Sharia, which is the main source of human rights in it. The study also recommends some international organizations, such as the United Nations, the necessity of issuing and restructuring some legal mechanisms concerned with the application of human rights, in proportion to the changing circumstances of countries, their cultures, procedures and diverse laws, which ensures the effective and purposeful application of human rights principles in practice. Keywords: The international law of human rights. The legal mechanisms. Human Rights Law Arab Territory. Human rights in Saudi Arabia. International incorporation.
