Abstract : Disciplinary responsibility of law enforcement officers The research dealt with the disciplinary responsibility of the officers. In order to clarify this, the research was divided into three chapters. The research dealt with the specializations of the officer in the inference stage and in the investigation stage. As for the second chapter represented in the investigation stage, the research dealt with the guarantees of the investigation of disciplinary responsibility and the authority competent to investigate responsibility The third chapter, entitled the trial of police officers, is two subjects, namely, the trial of military and civilian police officers
