Abstract : Administrative enforcement is considered an authority of the administration authorities, which exercises this authority to maintain public order, and without administrative enforcement chaos and widespread ignorance. We had to study and discuss the issue of administrative enforcement to protect the public system in accordance with Saudi regulations. Highlighting the regulations that are considered administrative enforcement, where this study follows the analytical study, which lies the problem of the study in the lack of full awareness about administrative enforcement in individuals due to the frequent issuance of the regulations, also the administration makes updates on them. To achieve the objective of the study, which is the statement of administrative enforcement and its importance in society and its impact on the individuals' activities, I divided it into a first chapter in which I reviewed the concept of administrative enforcement and its objectives and its historical development in pre-Islamic and post-Islamic administrative control. With regard to the second chapter, I dealt with the methods of administrative enforcement in the positive law, the Islamic law, the competent authorities in administrative enforcement, a person who works in the Committee of the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice and finally in judicial control. The study reached several conclusions, including that administrative enforcement aims to protect public security, public health, public tranquillity and public morals, by taking all necessary procedures to preserve these objectives. As well as, the variety of methods taken by the competent authorities in administrative enforcement in order to protect these objectives. The most prominent recommendations were that it is worth issuing many regulations of administrative enforcement and individual decisions with regard to the public tranquillity, because members of society need stability, comfort and reassurance.
