Abstract : This study deals with the implementation of financial judicial rulings issued against the administrative authorities. The problem of the study appears in how to oblige administrative authorities to implement the financial judicial rulings issued against them in light of the exception mentioned in the implementation statute. As the thesis aims to clarify the provisions and mechanisms for implementing the financial judicial rulings against administrative authorities in light of the bill of implementing administrative rulings. By dividing the study into three chapters, as the nature of financial judicial rulings and the relationship of their implementation to the principle of legality were clarified in the first chapter. Then, the second chapter illustrated the legal regulation currently in place to implement these decisions in addition to what was mentioned in the bill, and finally the last chapter, which clarified the role of non-judicial oversight bodies over the implementation of these rulings. The researcher followed the analytical approach, by analyzing the content of the statute and comparing it with the practical application. The most important outcome of the study is that the bill provides several tools to enable the administrative execution judge to exercise his authorities. The significant recommendation of this study is to provide judges with instructions on how to decide the mechanism of implementing financial judicial rulings if an inquiry is raised about that by the administrative authority.
