Abstract : Based on the Kingdom's Vision 2030, universities and educational institutions in Saudi Arabia, especially King Abdul-Aziz University, is contributing to the development of teaching and learning in their facilities and curricula with the aim to keep alignment with the modern educational and technological trends. Educational technology has provided many innovations which play an important role in increasing the scientific and educational capability through the using of multimedia programs in the teaching process, which depends on the diversity of the methods of displaying information, knowledge, and experiences to the learner. The researcher observed through studying the formation on the Dress stand model course that, the three-dimensional techniques are the most up-to-date techniques that are still taught in the traditional way inside the classroom. While such techniques need to be taught using the means of illustrations such as photos and videos with the aim to make their implementation perfect and easier. Therefore, the idea of the research on how to utilize multimedia through the preparation of an educational lesson to learn the technique of the Three
