Abstract : This study aimed to reveal the degree of change in teachers' practices, and its impact upon developing economic values for preschool children, using action research methodology. The study tools included observation form for teachers and children designed by the researcher, and focus group sessions. The sample included 5 teachers, 20 children in level three in kindergarten in Beisha city. Quantitative data was analyzed using the Kruskal Wallis and the regression test. The qualitative data from focus group sessions and children's and teachers' observations were analyzed using frequencies and percentages. The results concluded that there were statistical significant differences in the development of economic behavior of children toward keeping and preserving public and private properties, attributed to the development of teachers' practices to develop this value, while there weren't any statistical significant differences in the degree of teacher's practices to develop the value of work. mastery,which caused no significant differences in the development of economic behavior of children toward this value. Also, the results concluded that teachers were using several practices to develop economic values. These results explained the crucial relationship between teachers' practices and children’s economic behavior in developing economic values and economic behavior of children. In the light of results, the study recommended providing training courses to teachers in order to develop economic values in preschool curriculum, and to prepare the activities and programs that aim to develop economic values, along with taking care of informing the teachers of the relationship and importance of 2030 Vision in teaching preschool children, and taking care of modern technical means to be used in developing the economic values in preschool children.
