Abstract : This research aims to measure the level of satisfaction of the productive families with the training programs provided to them in Jeddah. The research was based on the descriptive, analytical approach, in which the researcher used a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of (369) productive trained families in Jeddah, using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the total level of satisfaction among the sample members for the training programs provided to them came (at a medium level), where the general arithmetic mean for the level of satisfaction was (33.3), and the relative weight was (66.6%).In addition, the satisfaction level with the training programs that were attended in the project creation areas came at a medium level. Whereas, the level of satisfaction with the technical standards for training programs came at a high level. The results also showed a statistically significant differences between the satisfaction of productive families with the training programs that were attended in the areas of project creation depending on the (age and type of training) variables. Also, there was a statistically significant correlation between the satisfaction level of productive families with the training programs provided to them and the (economic level) variable. In accordance with these findings, the researcher recommends increasing the level of training satisfaction with the productive families by building a unified program that provides to the families based on technical foundations and standards that covers all stages of building and managing projects in line with the training needs of the productive families.
