Abstract : The study deals with the crime of child exploitation to begging, Acoording to Saudi Arabia's regulations, which is concerned with the various cases of child exploitation to begging, and the means and procedures taken to combat such a behavior and to ensure the rights of the children who has been exploited are protected , by providing the necessary care, and compared with Egyptian law. The importance of this study is reflected in the importance of the protected interest, namely the rights of the children and the security of the community. The study raises a number of questions, perhaps most notably, how the Saudi law addressed the problem of child exploitation in begging? What are the elements of the crime of child exploitation in begging, and the scope of their application? What are the elements required for the crime of child trafficking to beg and whobto be responsible here? What measures are in place to address the risk of delinquency among children? In order to highlight these aspects, this study is divided into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion containing the resultsb and recommendations. The first chapter dealt with the concept of the beggar child, and the second chapter was devoted to studying the methods used to combat child exploitation in begging. In the light of the presentation presented to the subject of the study and its questions and objectives and the nature of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical comparative approach. The study concluded that the regime in Saudi Arabia prohibits all forms of child exploitation and considers it a manifestation of child abuse. It also constitutes, in some forms, the crime of trafficking in persons, which in the present period has become one of the biggest challenges facing contemporary criminal policy. The exploitation of the child in begging puts him at risk of delinquency. The system is among the rights of the child who has been subjected to exploitation and neglect, by providing the necessary care
