Abstract : Study Problem: The extent of compensation for moral damage in the Saudi regime? Are there judicial bodies competent to hear these cases? Can the courts rule? And what we support in that? Study Methodology: The descriptive approach and the methodological approach, so that each opinion or issue is returned to its origins and documentation of the texts from its sources, and then analyze its content to reach its impact, and use the jurisprudential opinions and document them to their owners and judicial applications issued in this scope. Importance Studying: 1. The practical importance of the study in estimating the value of compensation for moral damage is related to the liability conditions of the damage and to establishing such liability is important in the assessment of the damage, as judicial workers report. 2 - The scientific importance of the study is considered compensation for moral damage from the innovations and scaffolds that have been the subject of research and the jurisprudence is still being considered, and this study highlights compensation for moral damage. Main Results: 1. The Chamber of Grievances shall grant compensation for moral damage to the injured person in the event that it is proven, with the right of the judge to assess its value. 2 - Compensation for moral damage is required to be moral damage investigator, and that the moral damage is direct, and lead to the violation of legitimate moral interest, and harm to the aggressor. Main Recommendations: 1. We hope that the organizer will place systematic articles or principles that explicitly allow compensation for moral damage. 2. We hope that the courts will take into account the various developments and developments, implement full justice in all cases and lift injustice and harm to the victim, whether physical or moral, to preserve the dignity of the victim and alleviate the tragedies caused by moral damage.
