Abstract : The study aimed to identify the work ethic with their pivots including (honesty, self-censorship, sincerity, proficiency, integrity and justice) and its impact on job performance. An analytical descriptive approach, the study population consists of (4900) female employees and the withdrawal of a simple sample of a population (355) female employee. A questionnaire containing 40 items was designed as a data collection tool, which was a distributed to (355) female employee. Several results have been reached, most importantly: The high level of work ethic among administrative staff at King Saud University in Riyadh including (honesty, self-censorship, sincerity, proficiency, integrity and justice) respectively, and the results of the study showed that the members of the study population agreed on the level of job performance. The general arithmetic mean of the pivot regarding the level of job performance among female administrative staff at King Saud University was 3.85 and there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the ethics of work and the level of job performance. It also found that there is an impact of the ethics of work on the job performance of female administrative staff at King Saud University in Riyadh. In the light of the results where a statistically significant relationship between the personal variables (age, educational qualification, years of experience, and functional level) was reached on the level of job performance among female employees. The most important recommendations of the study are to develop the skills of female employees through the use of ethical standards, to achieve high levels of work and achievement, and to provide a work environment that helps raise the level of job performance, increase the positive interaction between female employees and perform public training programs for the ethics of administration according to a pre-defined plan , and to ensure the dissemination of regulations and codes of ethics within universities.
