Abstract	:	This study aimed to analyse the impact of organizational structure's design on employee's citizenship behavior in Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources - Jeddah Branch. This study relied on descriptive analysis, to achieve the goals of the study literature were reviewed from different resources to fulfil theoretical part, and a questionnaire were designed by the researcher for field part. Data obtained from 250 participants, 247 from them were collected when 245 from them were suitable for statistical analysis. The results revealed that the organizational structure of Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources is mechanic structure and that the practice of organizational citizenship among the employees is high. The study also revealed that there is a statistically significant effect of the organizational structure on the behavior of organizational citizenship in the employees of the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources. The results also showed that the organizational structure has a remarkable impact on organizational citizenship behavior, this impact was due to the specialization dimension only, since centralization and formalization dimensions have no influence on the organizational citizenship behavior. It is remarkable to know that there is no relationship between the level of employee's organizational citizenship behavior and their personal variables, also the lack of a relationship between the level of their organizational citizenship behavior and the supervisory status of employees.
