Abstract : This study aimed to identify the impact of job nationalization dimensions (quantitative nationalization , qualitative nationalizatio ، human resource management practices)on career commitment in the Saudi Geological Survey in Jeddah province. It was based on the descriptive analytical approach; the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. It was applied to a sample of (265)out of (870)employees in (SGS) in Jeddah province. The sample was randomly selected and the data was statistically processed by using SPSS. The study found several results،the most important result is: The dimensions of nationalization achieved intermediate levels in accordance with the following order from highest to lowest (qualitative nationalization، quantitative nationalization، human resources management practices). It also found that there is a relationship between the dimensions of nationalization and the career commitment in(SGS)in Jeddah Province. The results also showed a relationship between the variables of the study job nationalization and career commitment due to the variables of monthly salary and years of experience. Several recommendations were submitted، including: to identify the skills missing by the staff in (SGS) in Jeddah province by evaluating performance, to improve the performance of employees according to their functional needs, Increase nationalization of more jobs by analyse the jobs in which foreigners work, to achieving justice among staff.
