Abstract : The organizational trust is a basic props that help organizations achieve their goals, which helps members to co-operate with each other and to disclose their feelings and ideas, and are intended to members of the organization maintain exchanged confidence in some of the terms of intention and behavior, which is effective individual and collective behavior and it's in organizational development and confront the problems facing the impact of the regulatory process, and based on these impact, we must study the organizational trust and its impact on organizational development. and now the problem of the drafting of the study question is: Is there any relationship between the regulatory elements of trust, (trust supervisors, work colleagues confidence,confidence university management)and organizational development among employees at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah ?.The study aimed which is first study applied in Saudi Arabia to identify the impact of regulatory confidence on organizational development, and any of the elements of organizational confidence (trust supervisors, trust women work with us, confidence university management) the most impact on organizational development, to fulfill these objectives the descriptive analytical method is used in this study, where the researcher used the questionnaire to collect primary data through direct questions and inquiries. the study population consists of the Female Section of female administrators at King Abdul-Aziz University from different departments. Was chosen as a random sample of the community to make them study size was (377) employee out of size of community (1738) administrative employee in female section at King Abdulaziz University (Headquarters). The study concluded that the most of the study sample of the employees see that the importance of trust approvals supervisors, the approvals of the importance of trust between co-workers and approvals on the importance of having confidence in the university management, and that there is a positive correlation between organizational trust elements (trust supervisors, trust colleagues work, confidence university management) and organizational development have female university , The study also showed that the elements of organizational trust affect to varying degrees in Organizational Development, The element of trust university management came to the fore, followed by confidence supervisors item, also turns out that there is no statistically significant relationship between each of the age, academic qualification, years of experience, monthly salary and organizational development, while there is a statistically significant relationship between both the position and organizational development.
