Abstract : The Study aimed at that to be aware of the Reality of Knowledge Management in the Public Security (Police of Makkah AlMukaramah area) through the operations of Knowledge Management which consists of the following fields (support of the Higher Management, Training, level of awareness , education, Incentives, the Organizational Structure) in order to apply knowledge management as well as to aware of the extent of application of the fields of the Knowledge Management in The Public Security in respect of Police of Makkah AlMukaramah Region , so that to achieve the required goals , hence, the study adopted the Descriptive Analytical Method whereas a questionnaire has been designed for measuring the fields of application of the Knowledge Management and its operations in Police Management of Makkah AlMukaramah Region. The questionnaire consisted of (49) Paragraphs distributed among the fields of the study, the community of the study comprised of (520) individuals then a sample has been taken randomly consisted of (228) from the police employees of Makkah AlMukaramah Region. The certainty of the questionnaire has been verified as well as its trueness through the used instrument, and the study arrived at several results the most important are: - The Higher Management to support the Knowledge Management in the Public Security of the Police of Makkah AlMukaramah Region at a medium degree whereas the arithmetic average arrived at (3.35). - The staff to receive training on application of the Knowledge Management at an arithmetic average (3.01) technology can be used at an average of (3.22). - Level of awareness and education in the Knowledge Management arrived at arithmetic average (3.16) also the arithmetic average for encouraging the staff and granting incentives for application of the Knowledge Management (2.91). - The standing organizational structure helps in working with the Knowledge Management in police Public Security Management of Makkah AlMukar
