Abstract : The research aimed to recognize the role of the interior client in improving the performance of the Saudi governmental of establishments, that is by the relationship between the goals and basics and the stages of governmental role of the interior client. To achieve that the researcher used the analyzed descriptive method. A sample for the study has been formed from interior clients who work in the governmental sectors and commissions and ministries. Also the researcher depended to prepare the reach on highlight the governmental units and the experiences of some countries, to achieve the goals of the research and obtain the information which belongs to visual part. On the other hand the information which belongs the practical part, the researcher had made a survey form which included three ideas which had many questions which interested in studying the current situation for the interior client throughout the safety of internal control, apply the occupational standards, evaluate the basic factors of accounting. For analyzing the data the researcher used the statistical analysis program (SPSS) and the results resulted that there is a relationship which has an accounting indication between the interior client role in the safety of internal control in addition to compliance with occupational standards, and evaluate the basic factors of accounting all of that has an influence in improving the performance of the governmental of establishments.
