Abstract : This study aims to determine the impact of Total Quality Management on ALFURSAN Member’s Satisfaction from the Point Of View of Saudi Arabian Airlines General Management in Jeddah. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method and a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the research population , which consists of all employees of Saudi Arabian Airlines General Management in Jeddah with the number of 5000 employees. The study sample consist of 357 employees where the questionnaire was distributed to the entire sample. After retrieving the data , the researcher was able to get answers from 275 employees . A number of 68 questionnaires have been excluded for the incompleteness and lack of answer’s accuracy, so 207 questionnaires remain valid for statistical analysis. After analysis , the results indicated the presence of medium degree of Total Quality Management on ALFURSAN member’s satisfaction. In light of these results, it is recommended on the necessity of activating the application of total quality management and the need to apply a continuous improvement of all processes on a regular and planned basis to raise the efficiency and the effectiveness of the organization through research , and studies to determine the needs and desires of the customers.
