Abstract : This study considered the topic of "The Education Administrations role, at Holy Makkah, in using technology for dealing with crises". This study aimed to highlight the role of new technologies in dealing with crises and also identifying the types of crises in educational institutions and indentifying the level of readiness of Makkahs education administration for dealing with crises and finally reveal the practical practice of decision-making in facing crises. This study based on the descriptive and analytical methodology. The study sample consisted of (150) participants of the affiliates of Makkahs education administration and the questionnaire was distributed to study sample. A number of (113) questionnaire sheets have been recollected from the study sample out of a total (150) from which the sample answered are considered. The questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection in this study. The researcher arrived at several results such as: 1. There was a relationship between the use of technologies in dealing with crises and reducing the damage caused by the crisis. 2. There was a relationship between not using technologies in dealing with crises and the damage caused by the crisis. 3. There is a relationship between the level of peoples awareness of the importance of safety and damage caused by the crisis. 4. That there is a correlation between existence of obstacles to the use of technologies and the damage caused by the crisis. 5. There is a relationship between the importance of using technologies by decision-makers and decline of damage caused by the crisis.
