Abstract : This study aimed to identify the impact of electronic management on human resources performance at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, The study used descriptive and analytical approach, because it is best suited to the nature of the problem in terms of which have been described and analyzed the impact of electronic management on the performance of human resources. It used aquestionnaire as a tool to collect data in this study. The study population included all employees of King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, where the number (350) employees, this study has been applied to all members of society and the returned questionnaires were analyzed (335) questionnaire with a rate (79%). The study found a number of conclusions, the most important There is degree of the impact of the application of electronic business management efficiency and high an average (3.9) and standard deviation (0.9261). The degree of the impact of the application of electronic management on the development of high administrative policies and an average (3.7) and standard deviation (0.9365). And that the degree of influence of the electronic application to improve the professional relationships between workers and management that high average (3.6) and standard deviation (0.7071). The degree of the impact of the application of electronic management to achieve the desire to work high and an average (3.9) and standard deviation (0.9480). The degree of the impact of the application of electronic management to achieve a culture of high achievement among employees and an average (3.6) and standard deviation (0.9948). Based on these results, the researcher suggests a number of recommendations, including: that the university administration to encourage professional relationships between workers where the results of the study sample showed that the electronic management does not encourage teamwork and the formation of working groups, as well as the university administration begi .
