Abstract : The development and upgrading of human perceptions and life styles as well as improvement of living conditions and the expansion of security network, it continues a noble objective pursued by the country that meet the objectives of development. In this study, the researcher addressed the strategies for Saudi Arabia to create employment opportunities and their impact on unemployment as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has followed different strategies. Many researcher studied about the employment, expertise and research centers, But they have yet to agree on a single standard for the treatment of continuity to try to reach for suggestions and solutions to get rid of them or at least reduce their rates to the lowest possible level, and it came this study for the diagnosis of unemployment and to clarify the strategies followed by Saudi Arabia to reduce them, and contribute to the development of a strategy involving a number bodies of integration and coordination in the production of such a strategy. This study aimed to identify him on the strategies pursued by Saudi Arabia to reduce unemployment. And to clarify the role of public and private sector and the suitability of Saudi society. This study depends on the descriptions of analytical method. The questionnaire was used to collect information from the study sample of (818) form after excluding some of them for lack of objectivity and seriousness. Where it was recovered subordination all the questionnaires for statistical analysis. The study found a range of results, the most important and prominent one includes:  ‘Jedara’ system has contributed to the reduction of unemployment.  ‘Hafiz’ system did not contribute significantly to reduce the unemployment rate.  Sometimes the selected job does not fit the ‘Hafiz’ beneficiary with his educational qualification.  Some qualifications are considered an obstacle to the nomination in the program ‘Jedara’. The study shows series of recommendations, including:  Rationalize the process of recruiting foreign workers through confined to specific occupations gradually.  When the subsidies for the unemployed must be carefully considered as it is through the study it became clear that the subsidy turned into complacency. The researcher found that there are good aspects to start other studies complementary to the scope of this study, including the study of the impact of the campaign on corrective unemployment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
