Abstract : The study aims in general to recognize (the impact of determinants regulatory possibility of taking Saudi women leadership positions Administrative) in the Department of Education and reach results contribute to the reduction of or deal with those limitations. Hence, the problem of the study presents itself as follows: What is the effect determinants regulators over the possibility of women assume administrative leadership positions? The study population consisted of a sample of female administrators in the central administrative levels, executive and of their number (205), an employee at the Ministry of Education in Jeddah area. The questionnaire was distributed them and the number of forms that have been collected and analyzed statistically and accepted (162) employee. This is equivalent to a rate of (79.02%). The researcher relied on the questionnaire as a key tool in the collection of data and information on the subject of the study have been using the descriptive survey method appropriate to the nature of the study, and the achievement of the objectives of the study and answer questions. The results of the study show a statistically significant effect to the directions of senior management and the laws, regulations and promotions in the justice ministry and organizational culture on women's access to senior leadership positions of leadership graduate The results of the study and statistically significant differences in attitudes towards determinants attributed to the differing regulatory age, marital status, and did not show the results of the analysis, no statistically significant differences according to qualification and office and administrative experience. The results of the study and statistically significant differences in attitudes towards women's access to leadership positions due to the different age and position management did not show the results of analysis and the presence of statistically significant differences according to qualification and social status, experience and study recommends working on the adoption of a strategy aimed at enhancing opportunities for leadership positions in high the Ministry of Education, Saudi Arabia and it is important to reconsider the laws and regulations of the ministry, which can affect women's access to positions of leadership positions.
