Abstract : This study aimed to investigate the effect of job security to promote the administrative creativity among the administrative staff at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. The importance of the study stems from the significance of administrative creativity which is considered as a prerequisite for contemporary organizations for their survival and continuous development to function efficiently and effectively. Looking at the factors of job security, which in turn enables employees to achieve a higher level of administrative creativity will enhance these factors. The study aimed to identify the important administrative aspects of creativity, as well as on the other side have been identified on the job security and the most important aspects . . The population of the study consisted of (3603) official male administrative at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. In order for the study to achieve its objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool for the study and distributed it to the sample population which included 500 single where only 411 single were valid. The researcher came up with many findings. The most important of them were: most of the administrative have bachelor degrees and they occupy from the sixth to the tenth ranks/ grades. The study also demonstrated that the majority of the employees agree on the availability of the moral and financial incentives. The study also showed that the majority of employees generally agree on the availability of training opportunities which are held at the university, though they feel the lack of external training opportunities at the Institute of Public Administration. The study also found that the majority of the administrative involved in the current study generally agree that their level of administrative creativity is high. The study proved the existence of a direct proportion statistical correlation significance level at (0.01) between the motivation and creativity of the administrative at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. The study also revealed that there is no statistically significant correlation between training and administrative creativity. That is to say, the employees' impact of training at the administrative creativity level is weak. This requires creating new and modern training programs to increase the administrative skills which include employees' various administrative jobs. According to the researcher's findings, some recommendations were introduced such as: the focus on the administrative development should be supported more effectively in order to raise the level of in-house training and the creation of new and modern training programs, the diversity of the areas of administrative training, and supporting the external training so as to have more impact on the level of administrative performance.
