Abstract : The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of privatization on job performance in terms of the study of the privatization policy and raised and impressions knowledge workers in Saudi Postal Corporation towards privatization . To achieve the objectives of this study , the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach . Data were collected using questionnaires questionnaires from employees of the Saudi Postal Corporation in Mecca , which included 430 single , and it was good of them to analyze the 400, has been used as a researcher at the analysis of the data obtained a number of statistical methods such as coefficient alpha Cronbach , to determine the reliability coefficient and the internal consistency of the study tool , Pearson 's correlation coefficient to determine the truthfulness of the study tool , as well as test the " T " T-test to verify the hypotheses.The study found a number of delusional results : there are no statistically significant differences between the views of vocabulary study on the axes of the study attributed to the different categories of variables , there is no significant difference between the average vocabulary opinions of the study due to the different level of education . There is no significant difference between the average vocabulary opinions of the study attributed to differences Title . In light of the previous findings were presented a set of recommendations , including: outreach workers privatization program and its objectives and the positive results expected at the functional level , and encourage them in all seriousness to join the courses offered by their institution , either through training centers mailing or by institutes accredited to keep pace with technological developments introduced by the Postal Corporation Saudi Arabia to perform the activities lack the necessary incentives for employees reflect negatively on the performance of staff active and therefore at the level of productivity therefore imperative for the organization to find some other privileged system to evaluate the performance of staff to be de facto discrimination between the employee industrious with high performance and employee Zombie and the employee is the product, the more linked to the performance level of employee promotions and bonuses and incentives obtained whenever the motivating factors affecting workers .
