Abstract : The current study aimed to identify the impact of organizational learning and to what extent is the application of the concepts of organizational learning at the University of King Abdul Aziz in Jeddah. The researcher used in the preparation of the application of the study methodology and the descriptive study of community of male and female employees at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah in the various administrative levels, to identify a sample study, the researcher distributed (300) questionnaire was recovered (217) questionnaire response rate of 72% . The main results of the study the characteristics of the five organizational learning (work according to mental models, personal excellence and ingenuity, the use of atonement through the systems, provide a common vision in which everyone works, learn collectively) are applied moderately. No statistically significant differences in answers about the properties of the sample organizational learning due to age or sex, while there were significant differences attributable to qualified scientific, and administrative level, and years of experience. The main recommendations of the study: the need for attention to the deployment of organizational learning culture among staff. Ensure that administrative leadership at the university post subordinates in everything related to the development of action plans. Provide an opportunity for staff to attend training courses and continuously. Staff training on the job. Application of modern management techniques such as the availability of the communication skills of managers.
