And we approach the descriptive and analytical and critical in the statement of the elements of crimes, and explained our vision to certain things, whether in agreement or disagreement with the organizer, and explained some of the views in this regard, has enlisted the sources of scientific documented, in addition to laws and regulations, international treaties and laws guiding and others. And divided the research into five chapters, an introductory chapter, I knew where your Computer and network information, and some of the terminology, in addition to the concept of the right to private life, its components, and the relationship of IT crimes violating the private life, and four other chapters, we have dedicated the first chapter of the crime of access to the information technology and computers Automated order to threats and extortion, while the second chapter of the crimes of wiretapping and to capture and trap is sent through the network information, and Chapter III of the crimes of the production, preparation and transmission and storage affect the sanctity of private life, and the fourth quarter to assess the penal policy in the computer crime and computer with an indication of the role of points of control, investigation and elimination , then the conclusion of the research we included findings and recommendations, which saved us through the importance of the review of the system and modify some of its articles and issue its own organization, and rehabilitation of men criminal investigation, investigators, judges and experts to deal with this crime and control, and selling out in treaties to facilitate the trace of the crime internationally. |
