Abstract : The present study aimed to identify the relationship between the composition of team work and improving performance in the Female education sector. The researcher used in the preparation of the application of that study, analytical and descriptive method. The study population of female students Department of King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah and the various administrative levels, in determining sample of the study the researcher dealt with the random sample which consisted of (370) single. The most important results of the study that the composition of the team work contributes to improving the performance of employees, and addressing issues and problems clearly, is to take advantage of resources and outputs of the organization, also contributes to the composition of team work in the independence and flexibility in the implementation of the business. Employees is also keen to use the devices of modern technology at work. They also contribute to team work in the development of manufacturing and decision-making. The main recommendations of the study: it is important that the Department of King Abdul Aziz University on the development objectives of the management of mass so that employees involved in the development of these goals. They must also publish awareness among employees and team work members in the university to accept the importance of criticism constructive directed at them, which has a positive effect on reducing the level of wastage of resources and outputs of the organization. It is also important to encourage creativity and innovation by members staff in teams work, which would support the flexibility and autonomy in the implementation of job.
