EIs the total quality management (TQM) Total Quality Management, one of the most philosophical concepts that captured the attention of administrators and researchers (Azzawi, 2005; Morfaw, 2006), and it is seeking production and service companies to apply the concepts of total quality management and to develop and improve management performance by, and It is known that the application of the concepts of Total Quality Management qualifies the organization strongly for the specifications of the Quality Management Systems (ISO9000), where the organizations process improvement as part of an initiative to achieve quality (Capper, 2000), has launched the University of King Abdul Aziz, the overall quality in 1421, which the effect that qualify for many of the sectors to obtain the ISO certificate, and even obtained some of the centers and departments (Total Quality Management, University Education Development Center, Institute for Research and Consulting, Information Technology Center, the faculties of Engineering and Science, the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Office of the Dean of Students, Deanship of Admission and Registration), the present research study of an analytical application revolves around the overall quality and impact of their application in the administrative area: An Empirical Study on some sectors of the University of King Abdul-Aziz al-winning ISO 9000, and through some of the main themes that will be the researcher studied using a descriptive approach literary and approach statistical , in which will be designed A_antin both faculty members and administrators, using random sampling in the distribution and collection of data and then analyze the questionnaires using a SPSS software to access the results and recommendations. |
