Abstract : Study of leadership and entrepreneurs recently gone through major changes by researchers in various fields such as sociology, anthropology, business administration, where they apply the concepts of the disciplines to learn the causes and effects of the establishment of new projects. Many studies have generally been associated with Bhafsah entrepreneurs. In this paper we will study the relationship between culture and four personality characteristics of the innovation, and adoption of risk, and place of control, and the level of activity. Will show the current study, systematic differences in the properties of entrepreneurs to groups of university students enrolled in Saudi universities. Will put the results of the study proposed a number of important questions regarding the identification of successful entrepreneurs and how to target potential customers, and the appropriate mechanism to help them overcome the challenges of turning their ideas from dreams to entities capable of creating productive new employment opportunities and supportive of economic growth.
