Abstract : This research aimed to investigate the impact of a training proposed program based upon virtual classes in developing morning meeting instructional skills of kindergarten teachers, the study sample consisted of 40 teacher of kindergarten teachers in the city of Buraydah in Al-Qassim region in Saudi Arabia. Online training is used through virtual class cross WebEx(training site) where it took six meetings. One group experimental design with pre and post measure was used ,and the researcher depend on ADDEI model for training design. After the research was conducted and ,data was analyzed statistically, the results indicated the existence of good impact of the training program, with an average of performance before the training of 25 and after the training 71 with difference equal to 46. Which statistically significant as indicated by a T test for two related samples, also the results indicated that the size impact of the training is about 92% as indicated by ETA test.
