Abstract : This study aimed to explore the attention of the participants towards the effective use of input tax for the protection of the environment and the fight against environmental pollution, to achieve this goal and then design a list of the questionnaire a number of themes and may study found a lack of effective regulations, and current procedures to protect the environment and control of environmental pollution in the Kingdom Arabia, and have confirmed the results on the effective use of the entrance of tax for this purpose, whether through taxes, either directly or indirectly, on the facilities or equipment, devices and materials that cause pollution, where the arithmetic average of the responses of participants in the study 3.97 or by granting some of tax incentives in order to protect environment and anti-tax rather than taxes on Althelot where arithmetic average of the answers the participants in the study 4.34.
