Abstract : The goal of this study is to find out the extent of graduates’ skills fit with the labor market needs. Also, to figure out how deep the knowledge of professors which help the graduates of Information Management to own the skills that make them proper to the market. Moreover, making a comparison between the plan of Information Management Master program in King Abdulaziz university and the plan of Master degree in Arts in Library and Information Sciences (MALIS) in King Saud. Here are the most important results. From the most important skills that must the graduate has is how to get the sources of technology informations and to give developed modern services. Keeping up the new methods of organizing files and sources. The graduate has to have the ability to choose the proper information sources. As the studies have shown about the competencies that professors of Information Science in King Abdulaziz university, they have got enough knowledge.The comparison between the two plans shows some differences. There is a difference in the hours of study. The student of Information Management in King Abdulaziz university has to pass 42 hours including graduation project. In the other hand, the student of Arts in Library and Information Sciences (MALIS) must pass only 27 hours including Master Thesis. The searcher came up with some recommendations:
 1- Working on improving some courses in Information Management programme in King Abdulaziz university to become proper with the labor market.
2- Keeping the level that professors have in Information Science and reinforce it from time to time. 
3- Making annual job forum to know the labor market needs.
