Abstract	:	Dealt study the current crisis management in the library of King Abdulaziz University has identified researchers study problem in the following question: To what extent awareness of female staff in the Central Library at the University of King Abdul Aziz stages of crisis management (Total awareness - the ready - confrontation - Rating). Emerged importance of the study of the importance of the subject matter covered and which is one of the themes of modern management, also stemmed from the importance of the study with their results and recommendations benefiting officials in King Abdul Aziz University. The study aimed to identify the phases of crisis management also aimed to identify the level of awareness of crisis management stages of female employees in the Central Library, King Abdul Aziz University. The objectives of the study were embodied in the answer to the following questions: What stages of crisis management? And Mamistoy awareness among employees in the library study sample these phases?. It was relying on descriptive analytical method, the questionnaire was also used as a tool for data collection.
