Abstract : This study addresses the geographic information system Authority Saudi Red Crescent in Jeddah, in many respects, including components, equipment and operations, and highlights the flow of information and the relevant authorities, in order to identify the extent of the success of its application in the body, and the study uses methodology systems approach System Approach ", as this Find analyze geographic information system, in addition to survey method Survey to measure views of a random sample of users of the system and their assessment of the outputs. Through visiting the headquarters of the Commission and interviewing inhalers with officials and means resolution possible access to the results of the most important: that the system did not achieve the main goals, namely: to locate Event geographically accurate and up ambulances geographically, and officials said that the map in the system is a road map of the area and not detailed. system also did not meet the needs of the beneficiaries as a result of the shortage of databases and not to activate the GPS system and a lack of specialized staff in the body able to handle with GIS GPS &. The study recommended the need to develop the system used in the body and activate the GIS and GPS systems GPS & GIS through complete databases for the system and continuous updating of the map digital city to ensure effective contribution to the achievement of rapid response to accidents, especially with the vision of the RTA in activating Air Ambulance to keep up with development and progress ambulatory emergency medical services
