Abstract : Keen organizations distinctive to make a constant change in pattern of administrative order to improve performance and increase productivity, and pursue development and dealing with modern technology. As a result of the expansion of libraries and information centers, and increase its operations and the complexity of its connections, in addition to the diversity of information sources, and multiple means available to beneficiaries, that increased the need to apply modern techniques in which they can improve and develop business processes, and the sophistication results make best use of human and material resources available. The method of analysis systems Systems Analysis of effective methods that can provide the necessary assistance to the Library Director or Information Center, and through what wealth of analytical tools to help organize and facilitate the work procedures, which contributes to the provision of operating costs, in addition to saving time and effort, which are making in routine operations, enabling workers to perform the functions and duties more vibrant. has contributed computer technology in the implementation of analysis tools systems very effectively, and there are currently many of software specialized in these tools, and is characterized by rich and simply used simultaneously. This study focuses to highlight the role of maps flow Flowcharts as the most important tools of systems analysis, and gaining these maps significance out of it a key requirement for the Certificate International Organization for Standardization (ISO), where required Article VII of the criteria used maps flow (1) was chosen researcher subject of reality experience in teaching systems analysis and design for about 10 years, in addition to the practical experience gained in dealing with analysis software systems, and finds that intellectual production in the subject suffers from a severe shortage, and believes that the scientific studies dealing with analysis tools other systems.
