Abstract : This study Is interested in presenting the geographic distribution of the primary health care centers at the neighborhoods of Taif. It shows the historic development of the primary health care centers at the neighborhoods of Taif analyzing the type of spatial distribution of the health care centers to know the service's scope of each health center and the rate of disparity in these scopes from one center to another in the neighborhoods where this service is covered. Also the study is interested in knowing the relation between the number of inhabitants & the number of neighborhoods served by the health center. The study shows the distance rate and the time taken to cover the distance to reach to one health center. The researcher carried out a field study to reach a number of findings by using a questionnaire to know the demographic, social, economic and professional characteristics of the beneficiaries from the services of the primary health care center at Taif. to know their rate of satisfaction concerning the services rendered by the health centers. By this study and its questionnaire the researcher tried also to know the specialties and services most needed by the visitors and the most significant problems they meet. This might contribute to develop these results to improve the standard of the services of the primary health centers and the characteristics of their beneficiaries. Some statistical measures are taken to show the current situation of the health centers at Taif. This is the direction of the basic spatial point of Taif in 1434 H corresponding to 2012 G and the type of the geographic distribution for the health centers. Added to this the scope of the health centers are positioned on digital maps. By the statistical analysis , the information and data obtained from the health centers at Taif, we came to the conclusion that the primary health centers at Taif reflect a good standard of distribution service rendering. ‌
