Abstract : This study aim to detection environmental change Sharm Obhur area in the north of Jeddah city: for the period (2002 to 2013). That will be from study the environmental characteristics of nature and human of the region. Also, focusing on environmental impact of the region and classifying activities of human being and defining its effect on the coastal area. Then talk about main necessary procedures that must be taken to reduce negative impacts. After that, put forward a draft proposal that ensure stop the coast deterioration, rehabilitate it according to partial prospective new vision and put a scientific and practical summary and provide it to decisions-makers in the region to put them to risk of what is going on. The study depends on descriptive approach to geographic subjects for the study area and types of human activities around Sharm Obhur. Also, it depends on locative analyses to spatial vision and geographic information systems which have been selected to this study. Main results of the study: erosion most of coast waterfront because dredging and sea backfilling. As a result, the researcher put a draft proposal indicate confirmation the trend utilitarian in geographic studies that provide to planner and decision-maker an analyses and observation of pollution problem and deterioration in around environment. The study highlighted that optimal environmental planning have a role in this kind of environments and coastal areas. The study recommended not be allowed in any case pour water or pollutants in the Sharm, continuation of measurements, control and monitoring works periodically. The other recommendation, Organizing campaigns to raise environmental awareness among the public, especially in relation to the marine environment.
