Abstract : Proliferated in recent years dengue fever in some parts of the city of Jeddah, and this research addresses the evolution of the spread of disease from 2004 to 2006, as noted in the last year an increase in the number of injuries which led to the attention of the State represented by the Ministry of Health has a carrier mosquito control The study showed focus of injury in neighborhoods located in the center and south of the city, a neighborhood that resembles the nucleus of the old city of Jeddah, while clearly less injuries in the northern districts of modern planning Characterized by neighborhoods with high casualties low standard of living and the low level of urbanization of the population and narrow streets and the poor level of sanitation, which have patches of water (swamps) which is considered a suitable environment for mosquito breeding, as well as to provide the most important environmental conditions conducive to the proliferation of the carrier, such as high temperature (◦ 37) and high relative humidity and poor sanitation and water left over from the use of air conditioners and means that the natural and human environments in these neighborhoods help the spread of mosquito vectors of dengue fever (Adidas Deng) Dengue Fever And study also showed high incidence in the non-Saudis by Saudis as well as the high incidence among males than females and could be postponed so that the Saudis, and males prefer a vigil outside houses as well as to the nature of their work, where the carrier is active at night, a researcher for food (human blood) The research has many of the recommendations, such as draining swamps and spraying the streets and breeding areas and intensify the process of control by the Ministry of Health and sensitize the population by means of visual and written declaration (awareness bulletins) talk about the seriousness of this disease.
