Abstract : Electron Microscope proves to be a very useful tool in solving many aspects of science. The electron microscope has helped for obtaining much information for all stages of nematodes either the SEM or TEM. This system has helped for the elucidation of a number of important points that help in the taxonomy of this phylum> SEM especially has showed a number of papillae on the cuticle of nematodes which in turn have helped in understanding some important taxonomical aspects for this phylum.
