Abstract : This research explores the study of the jurisprudence rules and principles from the beginning of the Ejaza gate to the end of Preemptive gate from the book of People of discernment demands in illustrating the final purpose of Mustafa Al-Ruhaibani by collecting, then studying them by definition and mentioning the most prominent evidence and a group of branches under them in addition to mentioning the exceptions, if there is any. Its importance lies in: First: The importance of studying the jurisprudence rules in general through the strengthening of the jurisprudential wisdom within the student and controling of the scattered branches under a gathering base and the speed of reaching the rule of many of the issues of jurisprudence under it. The second: the abundance of rules and disciplines of jurisprudence existed in the book, however, was not unique for collecting and studying them and, the Third: The importance of the Book, since it is one of the most important books in the Hanbali school. This research consists of an introduction, a preface, five chapters, a conclusion, and an index. The introduction included talking about the importance of the subject, the reasons for its selection, the previous studies and the methodology and structure of the research. The preface included the biography of Sheikh Mustafa Al-Rehaibani, the author of the book. The first chapter includes the definition of jurisprudential rules and their origin, the difference between them and similarities of studying them by mentioning the overall and extraordinary meaning and mentioned the most prominent evidence and also mentioned the branches of jurisprudence rule as well as the excluded from them, if there is any. The second chapter included the study of the major macro rules by mentioning the meaning of the rule and its evidence and its branches. Chapter 3 included studying the agreed rules, by mentioning the meaning of the rule and its evidence and its branches. The fourth chapter included the study of the different rules by mentioning the meaning of the rule, its evidence and its branches. Chapter 5 included studying the jurisprudential disciplines as discussed in the rules. The conclusion included the most important findings of the research and the usual indexes.
