Abstract : This research explores the study of the rules and jurisprudential rules from the book of sale to the end of the chapter of the loan from the book of the demands of Al-Nuha Al-Ruhaibani, by collecting it and studying it, by definition, and mentioning the most prominent evidence on them, and a number of branches under them, in addition to mentioning the excluded in case they are available. The first is the importance of studying jurisprudential rules in general, because it strengthens the jurisprudential queen in the student of knowledge, adjusts the scattered branches under a university rule, and hastens to reach the judgment of many of the jurisprudential issues that fall under it. The second is the abundance of rules and jurisprudential rules found in the book of preliminary demands And the third: the importance of the book of the demands of Oli Al-Nuha for Al-Ruhibani; it is one of the most important and important books in the Hanbali school. The introduction included a lecture on the importance of the subject, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, the research methodology and its structure. The preface included the biography of Al-Rehaibani, the author of the book Al-Nuha Al-Nuha. The first chapter includes the formation of jurisprudential rules, their definition, and the difference between them and similar ones. The second chapter includes the study of the great jurisprudential rules and the underlying rules, by introducing the strangest of its vocabulary, and mentioning the overall meaning, and mentioned the most prominent evidence, And some jurisprudential applications to them, with the exclusion of the excluded from the rule, if any. The third chapter deals with the study of non-major jurisprudential rules. The fourth chapter deals with the study of the different rules among the four successive doctrines. Chapter five includes the study of the jurisprudential disciplines. All these chapters were studied as in the study of the major rules. The conclusion included the most important findings of the research, and then the usual technical indexes.
